Tunisia took part in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing , China , with 39 athletes. All competed in athletics. The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was Ahmed Belhaj Ali. The most successful athlete of the Tunisian team was Mourat Idoudi with two gold and one silver medal.

In the medal classification, Tunisia reached 15th place.
