Colombia took the twelve athletes 2008 Summer Paralympics in China's Beijing in part.

The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the swimmer Moises Fuentes . The most successful athlete of the Colombian team was the athlete Elkin Serna , who won a silver medal in the T12 class marathon.
