action
The short New York Fin works in the model railway business of his only friend Henry. When he dies and leaves him a piece of land in rural New Jersey , Fin moves to the provinces to devote himself to his passion for trains and finally to find peace from the intrusive environment that is exclusively fixated on his short stature. The only house on the property is an old train station, in which Fin settles down, but the calm is soon over: Joe - who temporarily runs his father's food truck - is bursting with curiosity for the newcomer, and the guilty Olivia looks for ways for an apology after nearly running over Fin twice. Although Fin shows no interest in making new friends, the three begin to share their loneliness. In addition, the library clerk Emily starts flirting with Fin, and the train-loving girl Cleo tries to convince him to give a lecture at her school. The unclouded idyll in the train depot is destroyed by the break in reality. But it is only when Fin, Joe and Olivia's friendship is put to the test that their true worth is revealed.
