The building, which is registered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register, is located in the historic Neustadt Quedlinburg and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . Together with the adjacent hotel "Zur Goldenen Sonne" to the west, it forms the striking northern boundary of the Neustädter Marktplatz.
Architecture and history
The core of the three-storey half - timbered house was built around 1680. It is covered by a steep roof. The facade was redesigned around 1780. The building got its current stand rhythm . In addition, a profile board was attached in front of the sleepers. On the right half of the facade there is a flat box bay .
