Steinweg 26 (Quedlinburg)
Haus Steinweg 26 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the north side of the Steinweg. The building Steinweg 25 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the west and Steinweg 27 to the east . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The three-storey house on the street side, built in half-timbered construction, was built in the Baroque period around 1740. It represents the remainder of an originally larger courtyard. The half-timbered facade is regular. There are profiled planks and decorative lining in the compartments . A mezzanine floor has been added to the ground floor . In front of the upper storeys there is a two-storey box bay , which is crowned by a triangular gable.
Inside, the room layout is largely original.
A side wing of the property is made of ashlar masonry. On the west side there is a ground floor in frame construction built timbered buildings dating from around 1700. On the first floor there are Überblattungen .
