It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Steinweg. In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as a residential and commercial building. The house Steinweg 86 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the west .
Architecture and history
The massive three-story building was built around 1890. The facade has three axes and is lavishly decorated in the neo-renaissance style.
