The building, registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential and commercial building, is located in the historic new town of Quedlinburg am Mühlgraben on the north side of the Steinweg and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
Architecture and history
The building was built around 1910 and is characterized by loggia , balconies, a striking corner bay window and gable . Existing stucco ceilings are worth mentioning in the interior design . In addition, lead glass windows from the period of construction exist in the stairwell .
A lower side wing runs along the Mühlgraben.
