The very large courtyard facing the street has a half-timbered house from the late Baroque period . In around 1860 a brick facade was placed in front of the half-timbered facade on the courtyard side. The same thing then happens on the street side around 1900 in the style of late historicism .
The oldest preserved building in the courtyard is the east wing, which is also half-timbered. According to an inscription located there, it dates from 1691. The west wing was built in the 18th century.
The property is limited to the south by the city wall of the new town. Between the barn and the city wall there is a large garden with partly old trees. The Neustädter Friedhof was located here until the 19th century .
