It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt near the eastern end of the Steinweg on its south side. It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The three-storey building was built around 1900 in the style of historicism with elements of Art Nouveau in massive construction. The facade is structured by the contrast of clinker bricks and plastered surfaces.
