Architecture and history

The large courtyard consists mainly of half-timbered buildings from around 1720. More recent parts were built in the 19th century. The street-side residential building is three-storey and has compartments with decorative brickwork . Profiled planks were used as additional decorative elements. In addition, there is a small box bay on the ground floor .

On the west side of the courtyard there are two half-timbered houses built as residential and farm buildings. They are covered with a mansard roof. This is followed by a large storage tank with a boom. At the rear the courtyard is bordered by a gate barn . The development on the east side of the courtyard consists of two wings, some of which are massive, from the 19th century.

Originally there was also a pigeon tower in the yard . Due to the threat to its building structure, the tower was moved to the courtyard of Stieg 29 in 1981 .
