Steinweg 74 (Quedlinburg)
The house Steinweg 74 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Steinweg and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as an agricultural citizen's farm .
Architecture and history
The street-side house of the still completely preserved homestead was built around 1740. It is a two-storey, simply designed half-timbered house . Profiled planks are used as decorative elements. A carved gate from the Baroque period is remarkable . The ensemble was completely restored in 2015–18. The existing substance was also maximally preserved in the interior.
On the south side of the courtyard of the Neustädter Kirchhof there is a half-timbered building built in 1692 based on a building inscription. It is provided with pyramid beam heads and ship throats .
