Steinweg 58 (Quedlinburg)
Haus Steinweg 58 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Steinweg. To the east, the building Steinweg 57 , which is clearly recessed in the street, is also listed , and to the west is Haus Steinweg 59 . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The three-storey, late baroque half-timbered house was built around 1780. The compartments of the half-timbered house are provided with decorative brickwork. Around 1880, a shop in the style of late classicism was added to the ground floor of the building .
Currently (as of 2014) the house is empty and in need of renovation. There is a plan to include the building in a dementia center planned by the DRK . The center should also include the neighboring house at Steinweg 57. The start of construction has been announced for summer 2014.
