Steinweg 60 (Quedlinburg)
Haus Steinweg 60 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of the Steinweg. The house Steinweg 59 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the east and Steinweg 61 to the west. It is registered as a merchant's house in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The property consists of two street-side half-timbered houses of different widths . The right, western part was created in 1696 by the carpenter Andreas Besen , to which one of the inscriptions on the building ( A.BESEN ZM ) refers. The half-timbered facades have profiled parapet planks and filler wood . Decorative linings were used in the compartments . In addition, there are pyramid beam heads . In 1936 a shop in the style of historicism was added to the western half of the house . During the renovation and new construction work in the 1930s, attention was paid to restoring the historic facade.
On the courtyard side, there are also extensive timber-framed farm buildings.
