Architecture and history
The facade of the half-timbered house , built in 1750, has baroque decorative elements. This is how the shape of the half man and decorative infills can be found. In the time after the town fire of 1797, the house was renovated in the classicism style . There was also an increase by a knee stick . Possibly at the same time a shop was built, albeit in the neo-Gothic style . This neo-Gothic shop design is one of the few surviving examples of its kind. The front building has a basement, the residential wing is two-story.
At the end of the 20th century there was a bakery in the front building. The house has been uninhabited since it was closed and is currently up for sale after a foreclosure auction. (As of 2015) The living space is around 280 m².
