Stephan Wenk (born November 12, 1982 in Greifensee ) is a Swiss long-distance runner , duathlete , mountain runner and Swiss Duathlon champion (2016).

Career

Stephan Wenk started his first duathlon in 1998 at the age of 16.
In 2004 he became duathlon world champion in Belgium at the age of 22 in his age group.

Since 2006 he has also competed in mountain running competitions.

In September 2007 he won the Powerman Zofingen on the short distance for the third time in a row .

Stephan Wenk has been with the international Scott Running Team since 2012 and starts for TV Oerlikon . Wenk studied osteopathy at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone (UK) from 2010 to 2016 .

Swiss Champion Duathlon 2016

In April 2016 he became Swiss Duathlon Champion.

At the Duathlon European Championships he finished 17th in Spain in April 2017.

Stephan Wenk from Zurich now works as an osteopath .
