Straight out of Hell

Straight out of Hell is the 14th studio album by the German power metal band Helloween . It was released on January 18, 2013 by Dragnet / Sony Music .

history

The album was produced by Charlie Bauerfeind and recorded in the Mi Sueño Studio in Tenerife . The band wanted to record a "more positive" album after the previously darker records. Michael Weikath said the album was a consistent further development of the previous two albums and in particular the alignment of 7 Sinners . The songs would "kick even the laziest listener's ass" straight out of Hell is also the first title track on a Helloween album written by Markus Grosskopf. The album reached number 4 in the German charts. This is the highest chart position the band has ever achieved, even before Keeper of the Seven Keys Part 2 (5th place).

Reviews

The website Terrorverlag.de called the album a "good disc with strong moments, but unfortunately not more." It is "well culled and made music, but you have heard that from the gentlemen more enthusiastic and concise."
