Rabbit Don't Come Easy is the tenth studio album by the band Helloween . It was released by Nuclear Blast in 2003.

Helloween's tenth studio album Rabbit Don't Come Easy goes back to the band's original style after its modern and dark predecessor The Dark Ride . The two-part solo guitars that were only used to a limited extent in the end are once again primarily used.

meaning

For the second time in their career Helloween are going back to their roots after an experimental album. And also for the second time, as a result of internal tensions, two members have separated: Uli Kusch and Roland Grapow are replaced by drummer Mark Cross and guitarist Sascha Gerstner. At the beginning of the recording, Marc Cross fell seriously ill with glandular fever and had to be replaced by Motörhead drummer Mikkey Dee for the duration of the production and then permanently by Stefan Schwarzmann . Therefore, no official drummer is listed on the album. Schwarzmann can already be heard on the bonus track as well as various single B-sides.

The album's unusual title is an allusion to the difficult history of its origins: the rabbit does not always jump out of the magician's hat without doing anything.
