Sylvie Rohrer
Sylvie Rohrer (born March 14, 1968 in Bern ) is a Swiss actress .
Life
Sylvie Rohrer graduated from the Zurich Acting Academy in 1991 and performed as a guest in Wilhelmshaven and at the Schauspielhaus Zurich for the next two years before she was engaged at the Dortmund Theater. In 1995 she came to the Hamburg Thalia Theater . She has been a member of the Burgtheater Vienna ensemble since 1999 . Between 2001 and 2013 she appeared at the invitation of Claus Peymann at the Berliner Ensemble in plays by Shakespeare, Botho Strauss, Handke etc. Guest contracts took her to the Salzburg Festival (“King Arthur”, “Phädra”) and the Schauspielhaus Zurich.
