Tøj & Sko
Tøj & Sko was a Danish retail chain that belonged to the Danish group Dansk Supermarked .
history
The Tøj & Sko chain was founded in 1980 and subsequently opened 37 branches throughout Denmark, mainly selling clothes and shoes at low prices.
In 2012, the business was closed for several years in a row due to the weak economic performance. All 37 stores were closed and the remaining 340 employees, who had already been significantly reduced, lost their jobs.
The Døgn-Netto took over around 10 businesses, the remaining branches were given up.
