Tadeusz Sudnik

Tadeusz Sudnik (born December 6, 1955 in Warsaw ) is a Polish improvisation and jazz musician ( synthesizer , electronics, composition ).

Act

Sudnik worked for ten years in the Experimental Studio of the Polish Radio, where he recorded electronic music for theater, film and ballet. At the same time, he toured in the mid-1980s with jazz ensembles such as the Freelectronic group led by Tomasz Stańko , with whom he recorded an album at the Montreux Jazz Festival and was previously involved in the album Peyotl - Witkacy . For several years he also participated in the Warsaw Autumn Festival and the Polish Society for Contemporary Music ( Polskie Towarzystwo Muzyki Współczesnej ). In 2003 he took part in a European tour of Adam Pierończyk's group Amusos and performed with the Berlin percussionist Maurice de Martin . Since 2004 he has been touring with the new Freelectronic group .

In 2006 Sudnik realized the multimedia installation Kolej rzeczy in the Warsaw Galeria XXI and gave concerts in Poland with the German jazz band Der Rotebereich . Other musicians with whom Sudnik worked are Sonny Sharrock , Adrian Mears , Peter Giger , Antymos Apostolis , Janusz Skowron , Michał Miśkiewicz , Kuba Sienkiewicz , Aleksander Korecki , Andrzej Bieżan , Mamadou Diouf and Gunnar Geisse . With the group Kawalerowie Błotni and The Mud Cavaliers (Krzysztof Knittel, Jerzy Kornowicz , Ryszard Latecki , Mieczysław Litwiński and Tadeusz Wielecki ) he played new improvisation music in unusual places. He also appeared with Helmut Nadolski and Andrzej Przybielski , Mathieu Sadowski , the groups Digivooco (with Adam Pieronczyk and Gary Thomas ), Park Maszynowy (with Włodzimierz Kiniorski ) Analogics (with Wojciech Konikiewicz ) Koncert figure Niemożliwych (with Andrzej Mitan ) Interakcje (with Krzysztof Knittel ) and Joined Forces (with Paweł Prochnowski ).
