The Triuva capital Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (proper spelling: TRIUVA) is a provider and manager of structured real estate investment products for institutional investors based in Frankfurt am Main . With over 277 properties in Europe with a total value of around 10 billion euros, the company is one of the most important German property managers and belongs to IVG Immobilien AG .
history
With a company agreement of 25 September 1970 in Wiesbaden of Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. the Oppenheim Immobilien - capital investment company with limited liability founded. On November 20, 2007, IVG Immobilien AG took over the company and changed the name to IVG Institutional Funds GmbH. In 2011, the company relocated to its current location in the company's own The Squaire at Frankfurt Airport.
Between 2011 and 2015, Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft took over a number of other well-known properties, including, for example, the Eurotower of the ECB in Frankfurt or the Shell-Haus and the Kaiserhöfe in Berlin.
In the summer of 2017 it became known that IVG Immobilien AG is planning to sell Triuva. At the same time, Triuva sold Taunusanlage 11 in Frankfurt for EUR 125 million to AEW Capital Management .
Companies
Triuva is a capital management company in accordance with Section 17 of the Capital Investment Code and focuses on the management of EU investment funds. With various national and international subsidiaries, the company manages a portfolio of around 277 commercial properties and caverns with a total value of around EUR 10.0 billion for around 100 institutional customers and is the second largest active manager for this product group in Germany. The individual properties usually form the assets of their own companies, only 94% of which are given or taken over as part of share deals to avoid real estate transfer tax . In addition to its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, the company has branches in Amsterdam , Berlin , Brussels , Düsseldorf , Hamburg , Madrid , Milan , London , Luxembourg , Munich , Paris , Stockholm , Warsaw and Vienna . In addition, temporary showrooms and information offices are held in individual objects.
