Tropinino ( Russian Тропинино , German Heide, Kreis Heiligenbeil , Lithuanian Geidė ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad and belongs to the Pogranitschnoje selskoje posselenije (rural community Pograchny) in the Bagrationovsk district .
Geographical location
Tropinino is located on the eastern bank of the Fresh Lagoon and is 14 kilometers from the former district town of Mamonowo . The nearest train station is Primorskoje-Novoje on the railway line from Kaliningrad via Mamonowo to Poland (former Prussian Eastern Railway ).
history
Before 1945 the village, once called Heide , consisted of a few small farms and a railway keeper's house. From June 11, 1874, the place was incorporated into the newly established administrative district Pohren , which belonged to the district of Heiligenbeil in the administrative district of Königsberg in the Prussian province of East Prussia . On December 1, 1910, 39 residents were registered in Heide.
On September 30, 1928, Heide, Fedderau (no longer existent today) and partly also Lokehnen merged to form the new rural community of Fedderau, which then belonged to the renamed district of Windkeim from 1929 (the place no longer exists).
As a result of the Second World War , Heide came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia and in 1950 received the Russian name "Tropinino". Until 2009, the place was incorporated into the Pjatidoroschni selski soviet (Dorfsovjet Pjatidoroschnoje) and since then - due to a structural and administrative reform - it has been a “settlement” (Russian: posssjolok) within the Pogranitschnoje selskoje posselenije (rural community) with Pogranitschnye Seat in Sovkhoznoye in Bagrationovsk Raion .
church
The vast majority of the residents of Heide were of the Protestant denomination before 1945 . The village was parish in the parish of Bladiau and thus belonged to the church district Heiligenbeil within the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union .
Today Tropinino is located in the catchment area of the two evangelical parishes in Mamonowo and Novo-Moskovskoye , both of which are subsidiary parishes of the Church of the Resurrection in Kaliningrad . They belong to the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELCER).
