Unterbüchlein (colloquially: "Be i gla") is a district of the town of Stein in the Middle Franconian district of Fürth .

geography

The Grundbach , which is a left tributary of the Rednitz , flows through the village . The place is immediately surrounded by arable land and grassland with a few trees. In the north the corridor is called Ansbacher Wegfeld. Communal roads lead to Oberbüchlein (0.7 km to the west), to Loch (1 km to the northeast) and to Gutzberg (1 km to the east). The Franconian Marienweg runs through small books .

history

In 1316, “Bvchelin, Nidernbuch” were mentioned in the valid book of the Nuremberg Poor Clare Monastery . The place name is based on an identical field name, which is derived from the Middle High German word "buoch" (= beech ) with a diminutive suffix and therefore means small beech forest. In a document from 1340, the Nuremberg City Court testifies that the Nuremberg citizen Seitz Ellwanger from knight Heinrich von Buttendorf a. a. had bought four goods in "Püchlein". Originally the place consisted of two courtyards.

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 4 properties in Unterbüchlein. The high court and the village and community rulership exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach judge office Roßtal . The landlords were the Cadolzburg caste office (1 courtyard, 2 half courtyards) and the state alms office of the imperial city of Nuremberg (1 estate). In 1802 there were still 4 properties in the place with the same manorial conditions.

As part of the community edict, Unterbüchlein was assigned to the Großweismannsdorf tax district formed in 1808 . It belonged to the rural community of Gutzberg , which was founded in the same year .

On July 1, 1972, Unterbüchlein came to Stein with the community of Gutzberg.
