Untere Mühle was an officially named district of the municipality of Rohr in the district of Roth in Middle Franconia until 1900 .

The wasteland lies on the Schwabach . It has now opened up as house number 15 on the Mühlweg. The corridor area Am See borders in the northeast.

history

The place was first mentioned in 1469 as "Unndermul". The mill was originally under the Burgraviate of Nuremberg , succeeding the Margraviate of Ansbach . Towards the end of the 18th century, the lower mill belonged to Rohr. The lower mill consisted of only one property. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Schwabach . The Mahlmühle had the Nuremberg owner von Grundherr as the landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Lower Mill was given house number 1 in the town of Rohr.

In 1808, as part of the municipal edict, Untere Mühle was assigned to the Rohr tax district , Section I. It also belonged to the Rohr rural community formed in 1818 .
