history

In the 13th century the place consisted of five whole courtyards. The burgraviate of Nuremberg was wealthy in the place. She gave the Reich Ministerial Ramung von Kammerstein two hubs and a farm as a fief. In 1266, Ramungus II gave the Heilsbronn monastery a fish pond in "Lvtsdorf" with the consent of the burgraves. This is also the first written mention of the place. There was also a local nobility in the village; 1303 a "Heinrich de Lu e tsdorf" is mentioned. In 1359 and 1375 two more goods and a meadow came to the monastery, in 1395 four more days of meadow were acquired from the monastery. In the Salbuch of the Spalter Canons' Monastery of St. Nikolaus from 1380, a subject family subject to tax is given for Leuzdorf. This is no longer recorded in later books.

In 1434, in the Salbuch of the Margraviate of Ansbach , the legal successors of the Nuremberg burgraves, only one Seldengütlein was listed as possession for “Leu e tstorff” . In 1529, four subject families were subordinate to the Hauptmannschaft Rohr of the Imperial City of Nuremberg . In 1732 there were eleven properties and a shepherd's house in Leuzdorf, according to the descriptions of Johann Georg Vetter . Two properties were subordinate to the Ansbach Chancellery , two properties to the Schwabach caste office , two properties to the Schwabach Hospital , one property to the rich alms of the imperial city of Nuremberg, three properties to the Nuremberg owner ( from landlord : one, from Rieter : one, von Scheurl : one) and an estate owned by the Ansbach owner Hübner.

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 14 properties and a community shepherd's house in Leuzdorf. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Schwabach . The caste office Schwabach held the village and community rulership. The landlords were the Principality of Ansbach (Chancellery Ansbach: 1 Halbhof, 1 Köblergut , 1 Leerhaus ; Kastenamt Schwabach: 2 Köblergüter, 1 Leerhaus, 1 Eisenhammer; Spital Schwabach: 2 Halbhöfe, 1 Gütlein), the Imperial City of Nuremberg (Landesalmosenamt: 1 Ganzhof, Rieter 'Sche Stiftungsverwaltung Kornburg : 1 half courtyard) and the Nuremberg owners (from the landlord: 1 whole courtyard; from Scheurl: 1 whole courtyard). In 1801 there were twelve properties in the village, eight of which were Ansbach and four were foreign.

In 1808, as part of the municipal edict, Leuzdorf was assigned to the Rohr tax district , Section II. It belonged to the rural community of Prünst formed in 1818 . On May 1, 1978 Leuzdorf was incorporated into Rohr as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
