The "Weingarten" corridor area borders to the west, and the "Lust" corridor area is approx. 0.5 km to the southwest. In the east is the "Eisenbahnalholz".

The national road 2409 leads to small village Weismann to bundesstraße 14 (1.6 km northwest) or after Schwabach to national road 2 (7 km south-east). The district road RH 11 leads to Hengdorf (1.3 km east) or to Kottensdorf to state road 2239 (3.5 km south).

history

The place was conveniently located on an old road from the Carolingian era , which connected the place with Roßtal and Schwabach . The place originally consisted of 5 whole courtyards and other small properties. The place was first mentioned in a document as "Regelsbach" in 1253, when Albrecht Rindsmaul gave the Heilsbronn monastery a half-yard and a Köblergut. The place was probably founded near a spring in Franconian times. Regelsbach was the only parish in a wide area to belong to the diocese of Würzburg and originally had St. Kilian as patron. A church belonging to the Klarakloster Nürnberg was consecrated to St. George in 1295. The strong fortification walls around the church with the gatehouses indicate the defensive strength of the village. Half of the property came into the possession of the Frauenaurach monastery . In the 16-point report of the judges' office in Roßtal from 1616, 18 properties were recorded for Regelsbach: 5 farms, 4 goods and 1 forge were subordinate to the Frauenaurach monastery , 1 farm to the Heilsbronn monastery administration and 7 goods to the imperial city of Nuremberg (St. Klara monastery: 2 , Rich Alms: 3, from Tucher : 2). According to the 16-point report of the Heilsbronn Monastery Office from 1608, there were two Heilsbronn properties (1 farmer, 1 Köbler).

In 1732 there were also 18 properties in the village, according to Johann Georg Vetter's description of the upper office , with one more property being subordinate to the Heilsbronn monastery administration and one less to the Frauenaurach monastery office. Otherwise the distribution of property was unchanged.

At the end of the 18th century there were 21 properties in Regelsbach. The high court exercised partly the Brandenburg-Ansbach Oberamt Schwabach , partly the judge’s office in Roßtal . The village and community rulership was held by the Brandenburg-Bayreuth monastery office in Frauenaurach. The landlords were the Heilsbronn monastery administration office (1 half courtyard, 1 Köblergut , 1 Gütlein), the Frauenaurach monastery (1 whole courtyard with tavern , 2 three-quarter courtyards , 1 half courtyard , 1 Köblergut, 3 Gütlein, 1 empty house , 1 smithy), the imperial city of Nuremberg (Amt St. Klara and Pillenreuth: 1 Halbhof, 1 Köblergut; Landesalmosenamt: 1 Halbhof, 2 Gütlein) and Nuremberg owners ( von Scheurl : 1 Ganzhof; von Tucher: 2 Köblergüter). In addition to the property, there were stately buildings (Wildmeistereihaus), communal buildings (shepherd's house, school) and ecclesiastical buildings (parish church, rectory).

In 1806 Regelsbach came to the Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the municipal edict, the Regelsbach tax district was formed in 1808 . The first section included the places Bertelsdorf , Eckershof , Regelsbach and Zwieselhof . The places Göckenhof , Gustenfelden , Hengdorf , Kottensdorf , Leitelshof , Nemsdorf and Wildenbergen belonged to the II. Section . In 1818 the rural community of Regelsbach was formed, to which the places Bertelsdorf, Eckershof, Göckenhof, Hengdorf, Leitelshof, Nemsdorf, Regelsbach and Zwieselhof belonged. In administration and jurisdiction, it was subordinate to the Schwabach Regional Court and in the financial administration to the Schwabach Rent Office ( renamed Schwabach Tax Office in 1920 ). From 1862 Regelsbach was administered by the Schwabach district office (renamed the Schwabach district in 1938 ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court Schwabach until 1879 and from 1880 it came to the district court Schwabach . In 1961 the municipality had an area of 14,438 km².

On January 1, 1967 Eckershof and Bertelsdorf were umgemeindet to Stein . On May 1, 1978, in the course of the regional reform in Bavaria, the municipality of Regelsbach was incorporated into the municipality of Rohr.
