Volleyball European Cup 1984/85 (men)

The 1984/85 European Cup was the 26th edition of the competition, in which 28 volleyball club teams from 27 countries took part. Santal Parma from Italy successfully defended his title from the previous year and again relegated Mladost Zagreb from Yugoslavia to second place. For the first time since 1979 a team from the GDR took part in the competition.

From the elimination round to the quarter-finals, the teams played in a knockout system . There were return games in every round. After the quarter-finals, the last four teams determined the European Cup winner in a final round tournament.
