Reservation

A Vormerkstelle is in Germany at the federal government and the 16 countries agency responsible capturing reserved posts and the owner of Eingliederungs- and certificates of approval of (E- or Z-form) Bundeswehr serves. ( Section 10, Paragraph 4, Clause 1 of the Soldiers' Supply Act ; SVG) Holders of an E or Z license apply to the reservation offices and are assigned to the recruiting authorities by them according to their suitability and inclination. The Federal Ministry of the Interior, for Building and Home Affairs, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Defense, has more details about the reservation office of the federal government and about the tasks of the reservation offices of the federal states, about the application, registration, allocation and hiring of the owners by means of an ordinance with the consent of the Bundesrat inclusion of a certificate, a certificate of approval, and the collection and notification of the reserved places in the locations reserved Regulation (StVorV) regulated. tasks

The following tasks are incumbent on the reservations ( § 5  StVorV):

• Determination of the use  requests of the persons entitled to integrate with regard to the career , the recruiting authority and the appointment date based on the applications ( § 6 StVorV),
• Examination of suitability with regard to the educational and professional training required for the appointment ,
• Assignment  proposals to the hiring authorities to determine suitability and selection decision ( § 7 StVorV),
• Allocation of applicants based on suitability and inclination to hire ( Section 8  (1) StVorV),
• Creation of an annual overview of the number of reserved positions and the recruitment of reserved positions, separated by career groups and comparable remuneration groups in the non-technical and technical service,
• Creation of a list of the hiring authorities that are subject to the reservation of positions in the area of ​​responsibility of the respective reservation office,
• Release of reserved positions for other filling ( § 11  StVorV),
• Monitoring of job  notifications ( § 3 StVorV).
