The area of the constituency of Görlitz, Land II - Zittau II - Löbau III was divided into three constituencies in 1994. With the exception of the city of Ostritz, the municipalities of the former Görlitz-Land district moved to the Lower Silesian Oberlausitz 2 constituency . The municipalities and cities of the district of Zittau and the city of Ostritz became part of the Saxon Upper Lusatia constituency 2 . The municipalities and cities of the Löbau district became part of the Saxon Upper Lusatia constituency 1 .
