The constituency of Oschatz - Döbeln II was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 18.
The constituency comprised all towns and municipalities in the district of Oschatz and part of the district of Döbeln, which existed in 1990 : Ablaß , Auerschütz , Bockelwitz , Börln , Borna , Börtewitz , Bucha , Cavertitz , Collm , Dahlen , Gallschütz , Ganzig , Gaunitz , Gersdorf , Glossen , Großböhla , Hof , Hohenwussen , Jahna-Pulsitz , Kemmlitz , lapwing , Laas , Lampertswalde , Leisnig , Limbach , Liptitz , Luppa , Mahlis , Minkwitz , Mügeln , Naundorf , Naunhof , Niedergoseln , Noschkowitz , Oschatz , Ostrava , Polkenberg , Schirmenitz , Schmannewitz , Schrebitz , Sörnewitz , Sornzig , Wellerswalde and Wermsdorf .
For the 1994 state elections , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. The area of the district of Oschatz became administratively part of the newly formed district of Torgau-Oschatz . Accordingly, these towns and communities became part of the constituency of Torgau-Oschatz . The towns and communities belonging to the Döbeln district became part of the Döbeln constituency in 1994 .
