Yacine Brahimi ( Arabic ياسين إبراهيمي, DMG Yāsīn Ibrāhīmī ; * February 8, 1990 in Paris , France ) is an Algerian soccer player under contract with al-Rayyan SC . He is also active for the Algerian national team . In addition to the playmaker's preferred position, it can also be used on the wings.

1997–2012: Beginnings in France
Yacine Brahimi grew up as the son of Algerian immigrants in Paris and began his career at the age of seven with the suburban club ASB Montreuil . After three years, he moved to CO Vincennois in 2000 . While he attended the sports boarding school in Clairefontaine between 2003 and 2006 , he played for Paris Saint-Germain from 2004 . In 2006 he moved to the youth department of Stade Rennes and was loaned to Clermont Foot three years later to get more match practice. 2012–2014: Granada CF.
For the 2012/13 season Brahimi was loaned to Spain to Granada CF, where he quickly established himself as a regular.
