The Premier League All Stars.

Premier League All Stars is a charity television programme currently airing on Sky One. It features football teams representing all 20 Premier League teams to win prize money for their chosen charities, with 4 legends, 3 celebrities and 3 supporters on each team. The show is presented by Helen Chamberlain and Ian Wright, with pitchside reporting by former Liverpool and Australia forward Craig Johnston. Suzi Perry has also presented in Helen Chamberlain's absence.

An accompanying show, Premier League All Stars Extra Time, airs straight after the show on Sky Three, hosted by Jason Manford.

The Games

The games are played like standard five a side football, with two changes, rather than a kick-off the ball is dropped from the ceiling, and in the last minute of each ten minute half goals count double in a period known as 'powerplay'. The top 4 winners from each group progressed to the second round.

The matches are refereed by Dermot Gallagher, whilst commentary is provided by Andy Burton and Steve Claridge, though Rodney Marsh was co-commentator when Claridge played for the Birmingham team.
