The 1975/76 season was the 19th season of the 1st division , the highest Danish ice hockey division . Champion was for the tenth time in the history of the KSF Copenhagen club .

In the main round, each of the ten teams played a total of 18 games. The six best-placed teams qualified for the final round, the first-placed champions. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
