The 2006/07 season was the third season of the Elite Series under the name Oddset Ligaen and thus the 22nd edition of the highest Danish ice hockey division . Champion became the 13th time in the history of the Herning Blue Fox .

In the main round, each of the nine teams played a total of 36 games. The eight best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
