The Schenectady ATP tournament (officially the OTB Open or Schenectady Open ) is a former American men's tennis tournament that was held from 1987 to 1994. Was the venue of the Central Park of Schenectady (State New York was), played on outdoor hard courts. The tournament was initially scheduled for mid-July, and from 1990 it took place at the end of August in the week before the US Open , as part of the ATP World Series, the predecessor of the ATP World Tour 250 .
Neither in singles nor in doubles has a player succeeded in winning the tournament more than once. Jacco Eltingh was able to win both the singles and the doubles competition, making him the only multiple title holder. The only single winner from the USA is Tim Mayotte , the only German-speaking winners are Michael Stich (1991 singles), Bernd Karbacher (1993 doubles) and Alexander Mronz (1988 doubles). At the same time as the men's tournament, there was also a women's tournament in Schenectady.
