Adrià Giner Pedrosa (born May 13, 1998 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish football player who is currently under contract with the second division Espanyol Barcelona .

Club career

Pedrosa moved from the amateur club CF Gavá to the youth division of Espanyol Barcelona in the summer of 2014 . From 2017 he was listed in the squad of the reserve team, with which he played in the third highest Spanish division for the first time at a professional level. At that time, Pedrosa occupied the position of left winger . He made his debut for this on April 16, 2017 (34th matchday) in a 1-1 draw against the reserves of RCD Mallorca . Pedrosa was also used in the remaining four games of the season.

The following season 2018/19 began for Pedrosa with a regular place on the left side of the defense . On September 16, 2018, he scored his first league goal in a 2-2 draw against CD Castellón . Nine days later he was listed in the first team's matchday squad for the first time in the first division game against SD Eibar , but without being used. In the end, he had to wait for his debut until the cup game against FC Cádiz on November 1st. In the 1: 2 away defeat he was on the field for the entire duration of the game.

His first game in LaLiga followed on December 16 with a 3-1 defeat at the home RCDE Stadium against Betis Sevilla .
