Alfa Semedo Esteves (born August 30, 1997 in Bissau ) is a Guinea-Bissau football player . The midfielder is currently on loan from Benfica Lisbon to English second division club Nottingham Forest .

Semedo started his career at Benfica Lisbon . In 2017 he moved to Moreirense FC . There he completed 28 league games and scored two goals in these. He then moved back to his youth club Benfica Lisbon in summer 2018. He made his debut in the Portuguese league on August 10, 2018 against Vitória Guimarães . In January 2019, Semedo was loaned to Espanyol Barcelona for six months .

On July 8, 2019 Semedo moved on loan to English second division Nottingham Forest .
