Brice Samba (born April 25, 1994 in Linzolo , Republic of the Congo ) is a French football player . He has played for English second division Nottingham Forest since the 2019/20 season .

Career

society

Samba moved from Le Havre AC to Olympique Marseille in 2013 . Samba made his Ligue 1 debut on May 17, 2014 against EA Guingamp (1-0). In 2015 he was loaned to AS Nancy for a year . In 2017 Samba joined SM Caen on a free transfer .

In Ligue 1 2018/19 , Brice Samba became the goalkeeper in Caen and played all 38 league games. With his team, however, he rose at the end of the season as penultimate in the second division.

On August 7, 2019, the English second division Nottingham Forest announced the commitment of the Samba and equipped him with a four-year contract. With his new team he quickly secured the post of goalkeeper.

National team

In 2013 he was appointed to the French U-19 national team, but was never used in this.
