Dídac Vilà Rosselló (born June 9, 1989 in Mataró ) is a Spanish football player . He is currently under contract with Espanyol Barcelona .
Career
society
Dídac Vilà started playing for Espanyol Barcelona youth at the age of ten . Before that he played for a year in his hometown with CE Mataró . From 2008 to 2009 he played for the B team from Espanyol and won the Tercera División in 2008/09. On January 30, 2010 he made his league debut against Athletic Bilbao . By the end of the 2009/10 season, he came to eleven league games. During the winter break of the 2010/11 season , he moved to AC Milan for four million euros . After a single league game on the last day of the season against Udinese Calcio , he was loaned to his old club Espanyol Barcelona in June 2011.
For the 2013/14 season Vilà moved to Betis Sevilla on loan .
For the 2015/15 season, Vilà was again awarded to SD Eibar for a year .
After his third return to Milan and the end of his contract in 2015, Vilà moved to Greece to AEK Athens .
In August 2017 he moved to Spain to Espanyol Barcelona .
National team
In 2009 Dídac Vilà took part in the U-20 World Cup with the Spanish U-20 national team. After having made it to the round of 16 against Venezuela, Nigeria and Tahiti, Spain lost 3-1 to Italy. Vilà was only used in the group game against Venezuela. With the U-21 national team , he succeeded in winning the U-21 European Football Championship in 2011 .
