The 2004/05 Adriatic Basketball League season was the fourth season of the Adriatic Basketball League. 16 teams from 4 countries took part in the 2004/05 season. The season began on October 6, 2004 and ended on May 1, 2005. Hemofarm from Vršac became the champion for the first time .

Tournament format

In the regular season, 16 teams played a double round each against each other. After the regular season, the eight best teams determined the champion in a knockout round.
