Anna Smith (born August 14, 1988 in Redhill , Surrey , England ) is a British tennis player .

Career

Anna Smith, who started tennis at the age of ten, prefers to play on hard courts, according to the ITF profile.

In July 2004 she played her first match on the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has already celebrated five singles and 29 doubles titles. In 2008 she was at Wimbledon in doubles for the first time in the main draw of a Grand Slam tournament ; However, as in the two following years, it did not get past the first round.

With a wildcard she also took part in the mixed competition at Wimbledon in 2010 and reached the second round with Jonathan Marray . Between November 2010 and November 2012, she did not play a match on the women's tour.
