The Apostolic Vicariate Izabal ( Latin Apostolicus Vicariatus Izabalensis ) is a Roman Catholic Apostolic Vicariate based in Puerto Barrios in Guatemala . It includes the department of Izabal .
history
Pope Paul VI founded the Apostolic Administration on April 30, 1968 from cession of territory by the Diocese of Zacapa . On March 12, 1988, she was promoted to the Apostolic Vicariate.
