Location of the Bastia arrondissement in the Haute-Corse department

The Arrondissement Bastia is an administrative unit of the French department Haute-Corse in Corsica . The main town (seat of the prefecture ) is Bastia .

There are seven constituencies ( cantons ) and 27 municipalities in the arrondissement . On January 1, 2010, the cantons of La Conca-d'Oro and Le Haut-Nebbio moved from the Arrondissement of Bastia to the Arrondissement of Calvi , the cantons of Alto-di-Casaconi , Campoloro-di-Moriani , Fiumalto-d'Ampugnani and Vescovato to the Arrondissement of Corte .
