Meria is a municipality on the Cap Corse of the French island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corsica region , the Haute-Corse department , the Bastia arrondissement and the canton of Cap Corse .

geography

Meria borders the Tyrrhenian Sea to the east . Neighboring communities are Tomino in the north, Rogliano in the northwest, Morsiglia in the west and Luri in the south and southwest. The settlement area is an average of 200 meters above sea level and consists of the villages Meria, Marina di Meria, Morteda and Pastina.
