Barrettali is a French commune on the Cap Corse peninsula of the island of Corsica . It belongs to the Corsica region, the Haute-Corse department , the Bastia arrondissement and the canton of Cap Corse . The residents call themselves Barrettalais.

Barrettali borders the Ligurian Sea to the west . The settlement consists of the villages Chiesa, Torra, Brachelle, Mascaracce, Casanova, Stazzona, Poggio, Olmi, Pietricaggiu and Minerviu and is on average 300 meters above sea level. The neighboring communities are Pino in the north, Canari in the south, Pietracorbara in the west and south-west and Luri in the west and north-west.
