1973 World Bandy Championship
The eighth Bandy World Cup was the 17th February bis 24. February 1973 in the Soviet Union fought. The Soviet Union also won the eighth World Cup. All six games could be won. What is remarkable is the achievement of only conceding four goals.
The mode remained the same as in the World Cup two years ago: a round trip was played, so each team met twice and had to play a total of six games.

The World Cup was held at two venues: Krasnogorsk and Moscow hosted six games each.
