1975 World Bandy Championship
The 9th World Bandy Championship was held in Finland from January 25 to February 2, 1975 . The Soviet Union became world champion. The previously undefeated record world champions lost their opening game against Sweden and thus suffered their first defeat in a world championship game.
A round trip was played, so each team met twice and had to play a total of six games.

The World Cup games were played in Lappeenranta , Mikkeli , Espoo , Imatra , Tornio , Oulu , Kemi and Varkaus .
