Of Bavarian Cup 2019/20 the Bavarian Soccer Association is the 11th season since the reform Cup 2009/10. The tournament started on August 6, 2019 with 15 games, the final was supposed to take place on May 23, 2020, but had to be postponed to September 5, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic . The winner qualifies for the 1st main round of the DFB Cup 2020/21 .

The semi-finals were scheduled for March 31st and April 22nd, 2020, but were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic . Even before the announcement of possible alternative dates, FC Memmingen withdrew its participation in the semi-finals.
