Bradley Leeb (born August 27, 1979 in Red Deer , Alberta ) is a former Canadian ice hockey player who last played until April 2013 for the Coventry Blaze in the Elite Ice Hockey League .
Career
Brad Leeb began his career with the Red Deer Midget Chiefs in the Alberta Midget Hockey League . He then completed five seasons in the Canadian Junior League WHL , where he also went on the ice with a team from his hometown, the Red Deer Rebels . In the summer of 1999, the winger signed as a free agent with the Vancouver Canucks , with whom he stayed for three seasons. However graduated Leeb only three NHL games for the franchise of British Columbia and was the rest of the time at the Farm Team Syracuse Crunch , Kansas City Blades and Manitoba Moose to the Minor Leagues AHL and IHL used.
In the 2002/03 season the attacker was transferred to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for Tomáš Mojžíš , for which, however, he also only completed one NHL game. For the 2007/08 season Leeb moved to Germany for ERC Ingolstadt . From 2008 the Canadian played with his brother Greg Leeb for the Nürnberg Ice Tigers , before they both moved to the Coventry Blaze in the Elite Ice Hockey League in summer 2012 and ended their active professional careers there after the 2012/13 season.
International
Leeb represented his home country at the U20 World Junior Championship in 1999 . During the tournament he scored three goals and five assists. In the final he lost to Canada against Russia and won the silver medal.
