Brygos
Brygos was a Greek potter and about 490-470 BC. Active in Athens .
Brygos was known as a first class pottery maker and over 200 pottery items, mostly bowls, have survived from him.
A well-known vase painter worked in the pottery workshop of Brygos, who is called the Brygos painter after the workshop . He belongs to the group of the most important Attic vase painters of the red-figure style.

- Maenad with snake, predator and ivy as the interior of a white-ground drinking bowl ( Munich, Antikensammlungen )
